I really wanted to visit Kappabashi-dori while in Tokyo, so I chose to stay at K'S House. One feature that pleasantly surprised me was the shared kitchen. I loved being able to prepare my meals there and interact with other guests.
Lack of dedicated workspace.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, offering top-notch recommendations and assistance with everything you need. The hostel is spotlessly clean and in a prime location in the heart of my favorite area. The double room with its own bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with a western-style bed that was a pleasant surprise. The lounge area is great for relaxing, with a cozy Japanese ambiance and a kotatsu. The Goemon-style bath is a must-try for next time. The hostel's facilities are excellent, with free coffee and tea in the morning, a shared kitchen, and a nice TV room. The location is perfect, within walking distance to multiple subway lines and many great restaurants and attractions. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and fluent in English, making conversations enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfy. All in all, a mind-blowing experience that I will definitely repeat on my next visit!

The twin room was incredibly comfortable and cozy with tatami flooring and air conditioning. The private bathroom with a bath and shower was a real treat after a long day.
Personally, I found the seating area in certain rooms to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

We recently stayed at a great hostel in Tokyo that was conveniently located near a train station. the hostel was situated in a nice area of town and was just a short walk to the train station, making it easy for us to commute to Shinjuku and other busy neighborhoods on the west side of town. the location also offered a direct metro line to Narita airport, which was very convenient for our departure.
That there were no curtains in the room, so it got quite light in the mornings.

The twin room with tatami and air conditioning felt so traditional and inviting. Plus, having a private bathroom with a bath and shower was a luxurious touch. It made our stay even more enjoyable!
The only thing that I personally liked less about the room was that it didn't have a washing machine. But hey, that's just my opinion.
